"Parents. They are just for making childern...."
PERSONALITY,
Jon is a fearsome Viking, but isn't uncivilized. He is curteosy to mostly ladies. He has a thirst for battle which makes him tend to strike first and think later. He's not a complete 'berserker', but he's among one of the toughest Vikings around.
He has a problem with sitting around for a while. Preferring to sit around in the ring and swing his axe around for a while. He is considered 'in' since he is an offical viking. Not one of the trainee vikings. He has a fairly curious attitude towards life, but doesn't put effort into areas where it would be wasted. He manipulates and convinces others to do his dirty work, while he goes off flirting with ladies.
"Stop. Just....stop."
BACKGROUND,
Jon was born well, as any normal viking was born. He was born to two vikings in Manen. Though he was put in viking training so he would be taken care of mostly by Eirik the cheif, during the day. He didn't care of course, it was the way it had always been. Which is how he accepted it. Though he knew that this wasn't how it should be. He knew that his birth parents should be taking care of him and not the chief of the village. Though as he got older he knew that it wouldn't matter, it was in fact making Jon give his loyality to Eirik Vakre, and not becoming emotionally tied with his parents. Since if he were and during a battle his parents got hurt, then he'd get distracted.
When he turned 15 his parents said that he must start proving himself a viking before his 18th birthday or they'd disown him. Which is a big thing in any viking village. Being disowned was equivilant to failing out of training after you practiced so hard to get into it. Jon tried extremely hard to prove himself worthy as a viking, but couldn't find a way to do this so he just about gave up at the age of 17.
Then there was an attack. During which Jon noticed a girl slip out of the fight quickly, her arm bleeding. He thought she was going to be fine once she got out of the fight. Though trailing after them were a few other vikings from the other tribe. He followed after the girl immeditatly and found her laying on the ground shivering with fear staring up at the other two vikings who were standing above her with their axes. Jon jumped in and destoried the other two vikings before bandanging up the girl and bringing her back to the village.
He was rewarded and then got his final viking test for proving himself worthy in battle. He accomplished it quickly and was rewarded the viking point. Though he kept up with his status and was quickly made into a fine viking and gentlemen by fighting with the more experienced vikings and talking to his mother about things.[/sup] [/blockquote][/blockquote]
