APPEARANCE,
Boe is a young boy with a short frame. He stands at around five foot four and weighs maybe One hundred and forty pounds. He is muscular and it is very noticeable, On his right arm their is a tribal tattoo that wraps around his entire body in random spots. He has platinum like hair that seems to always be wild like. His eyes are a very light blue almost appearing to be white. So as you may tell he is rather normal in some areas for the time era.
Clothing. Boe where loose fit clothing and normally a sleevless shit. His hands normally have fingerless gloves covering them, around his wait is a black clothed belt which he keeps his weapons in. And on his feet he wears deer skin shoes died blackish. Most would say he looks odd but most people dont bother.
Weapon. Boe uses a rather odd weapon for his location, it is known more formally as the Kusarigama. a sickle shaped weapon attached to long chains. Now his are made from the bone of dragons and crafted by his own hand. And as a secondari weapon which he hardly uses is what are known by most as tiger claws. A hand do hand weapon like a glove that has claws attached. Which he also crafted himself.

"Fate is but a game"
BACKGROUND,
Boe was born into a home far to the east, his family was rich and highly known through his country as being great warriors. So as you could imagine from a young age lets say four years old he was trained to kill. Every day he was challenged and pushed. For what you may ask? Well here where he was born people wished to remain free and they trained so they could keep it that way. Boe's first kill was his twin brother.. yes brother at the age of seven years old it was decided that to choose the son who would be best fit for this life they would need to battle to the death. Boe one quickly showing no hesitation.
several years later when Boe was eleven and still but a small child his home was attacked. He was captured and tortured beat and almost killed, they had left him at a river to die, but due to his past he was not that easy to kill. He flowed down river on a log for hours. And eventually came onto land passed out and body mangled and cut up. At some point a culture of people he had never seen before due to him being from hundreds of miles away discovered him and brought him into their own village. He was raised from that point on by them.
As years went by Boe grew tired of their peaceful ways and wanted more from life. He was trained to do things most could not in this village and so at the age of fourteen he up and left. He travelled for days and days. Of course after two months of wandering he found a place where the people where like nothing he had ever seen before. At first when he came to see them they wanted to attack but eventually allowed him to come into their village to live. And since then he has been with them learned their language and obeys the head family and no one else. Mostly he has been used for killing dragons but at times also other enemies from other villages.
