Chibi is a unique little dragon, being of a highly uncommon race known as White Cuélebre. which i will describe latter on. For now though I shall let you know about our little chibi. He is friendly and playful when it comes down to it. He has a high curiosity in humans and wants to meet more of them and learn more about their kind. So far he has met two and has found both rather interesting. Yet still he would like to meet more and learn all he can.

Okay so I guess chibi here needs enemies friends and so on. Also oddly also a human char who he will bond to, which means basically he will belong to them and wont leave their side, almost like a guardian. What ever ideas you have let me know okay. ^.^

Okay now for some details on the race. This race of dragon is unique do to their odd size. and small wings. They normally are mall in size although some believe they have a odd trait that allows them to increase their size but once done it is unchangeable. This race of dragons is rare due to the fact that they only come out in cold snowy weather and non have ever been seen. And unlike other dragons they live alone and not in packs. But oddest of all is that they dont breath fire like all others instead they breath something that looks like white flames but freezes what ever it comes in contact with. Which is the reason said for them to only come out during cold months.
Now Chibi is a odd member of this race like a very few others. He has larger wings like a normal dragon. And although its probable he could fly he does not know how so its unknown. He is a little larger then his race as well but is still rather small being only the size of a large dog.
